Stakes Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to Stakes. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete agreement between you ("Player" or "you") and Stakes ("we", "us", "the platform") concerning your use of the Stakes website, mobile application, and all associated gaming and betting services.

By registering an account at Stakes or using any part of the platform — including browsing the game lobby, making a deposit, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance will be forfeited.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one Stakes account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same name, different email addresses, shared devices, or any other method — is a breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same player, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided.

Accurate Information

When you register, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure. Stakes may request supporting documents to verify any information provided at registration or at any point during your account's activity.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — your username and password — confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone else. Stakes is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred because a player shared or inadequately protected their login information.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

Stakes supports PKR deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and other mobile wallets supported at the time of your transaction. The available payment options will be displayed at the time of deposit or withdrawal request. We do not accept payments from third parties — all deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

Deposit Processing

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your Stakes balance instantly after confirmation. Raast transfers and bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution. Stakes is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Before your first withdrawal, Stakes may request identity verification documents as part of our standard account verification process. Withdrawals will only be processed once any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been satisfied. Currency

All transactions on the Stakes platform are conducted in PKR. Your account balance is displayed in PKR. There are no hidden currency conversion fees for Pakistani players using the supported local payment methods.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Rules

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at Stakes are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum total bet amount that must be placed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of PKR 30,000 before withdrawing winnings generated from that bonus. The specific wagering multiplier will always be clearly stated in the individual bonus terms.

Bonus Abuse

Stakes reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if a player is found to be abusing the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms with low risk, providing false information to qualify for a bonus, or colluding with other players to claim bonuses in a coordinated manner.

Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account. Stakes is under no obligation to provide advance notice of a bonus expiring if the expiry date was communicated at the time the bonus was awarded.

• Wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing bonus-related winnings.

5. Gameplay Rules

Fair Play and RNG

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game round, the affected round will be declared void and any stake placed for that round will be returned to your account balance. Stakes is not liable to pay out winnings that resulted from a game malfunction, software error, or incorrectly displayed result.

Disconnections

If your internet connection drops during an active game round, the round will be completed by the game server according to the game's rules. You can view the outcome in your game history when you reconnect. Stakes is not responsible for losses caused by connectivity issues on your end, including mobile network interruptions.

Sports Betting

Bets placed on matches that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or decided by walkover may be voided or settled according to the applicable sport rules. Live betting odds are updated in real time and are subject to change; once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in at the time of placement.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Stakes platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Opening more than one account or assisting others in doing so.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any game where collusion confers an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to withdraw funds that were deposited without being wagered as part of a fraudulent deposit and withdrawal cycle.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Stakes staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing third parties to operate your account.

7. Responsible Gaming

In cases where a Stakes platform error results in a financial discrepancy, our liability is limited to the amount directly affected by that specific error. We will always work to resolve genuine platform errors fairly and promptly.

11. Changes to These Terms

Stakes reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Stakes platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Section 3.

Minor changes such as corrections to typographical errors, clarification of existing rules without altering their substance, or updates to contact information may be made without advance notice.
